Our Family
We are a fun family that enjoys doing things together.  We take pleasure in many outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, and going to the beach.  We also enjoy cooking for friends and family, travelling, going to movies, and going to museums.  Every winter we take a ski trip with several close friends.  Last year we had so much fun watching Nico learn how to ski.  He is really getting the hang of it!  Almost every weekend we go on a hike. Recently, when on a hike, we saw an owl and a coyote on the trail. Our dog Lulu always joins us on hikes.  Lulu is well behaved and loves kids.  She is definitely a big part of the family.  One of our most cherished traditions is to send Christmas cookies to friends and family.  Last year we sent several hundred cookies!  Another family tradition is going to Bob’s Pumpkin Patch on the coast.  Every year we go and pick out our pumpkins (even Lulu gets one).  Then we come home and carve them!

Our Home
We own a house in Albany, California – a town just across the bay from San Francisco.  It is a charming home with a nice sized back yard that has a lemon tree, a patio, and a picnic table.  The neighborhood is family oriented and full of young families like ours.  There are families from many different cultural backgrounds such as Indian, Caucasian, African American, East Asian, and Latino.  Every Labor Day, we have a big block party where everyone gets together to BBQ. We also have an annual Easter egg hunt and a Halloween get together. There is a park two blocks from the house with a public pool. We are three blocks from many cafes, grocery stores and restaurants so we never get tired of trying new foods!  Our public schools are extremely good.
